Chicken Enchilada Soup

Ingredients

  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 can pinto beans
  • 2 t. chili powder
  • 1 t. cumin
  • dash of garlic salt

Directions

  1. Toss everything in crockpot. Cook on low 6-8 hours. Shred chicken, stir.

  2. Garnish with sour cream and shredded cheese, if desired.
