Ingredients
- 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 can pinto beans
- 2 t. chili powder
- 1 t. cumin
- dash of garlic salt
Directions

Toss everything in crockpot. Cook on low 6-8 hours. Shred chicken, stir.

Garnish with sour cream and shredded cheese, if desired.
