Golden Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg yellow cake mix
  • 1 pkg instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c sour cream
  • 1/2 c oil
  • 1/2 c water
  • 3 milk chocolate bars, chopped
  • 1 c semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 c chopped pecans
  • Powdered sugar

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, sour cream, oil and water; beat on low speed for 30 seconds. Beat on medium for 2 minutes. Stir in candy bars, chocolate chips, and nuts.

  2. Pour into a greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 350 for 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.

  3. Cool in pan 15 minutes before removing to a wore rack to cool completely. Chill before slicing. Dust with confectioners’ sugar.
