Grilled Honey Basil Salmon with Lemon Asparagus

Ingredients

  • For Salmon:
  • 1 1/2 T. honey
  • 1 1/2 T. Dijon mustard
  • 2 ounces chopped basil
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • 2 6-oz. salmon steaks
  • For Asparagus:
  • 1/2 pound asparagus
  • 1 T. lemon pepper
  • 2 tsp. butter
  • 1 sheet foil

Directions

  1. For Salmon:

  2. Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl. Brush mixture over fish. Coat fish rack with cooking spray. Place fish on grill over medium heat. Cover for 2-3 minutes. Turn and repeat on each side. Serve immediately.

  3. For Asparagus:

  4. Snap tough ends of asparagus. Place on foil. Season with lemon pepper and butter. Place on grill and cover for 10 minutes.
