Ingredients
- 12 oz jar red current jelly
- 1/4 c orange juice
- 1 T Dijon mustard
- 2 t minced shallot
- 1 t chipotle pepper sauce (such as Tabasco Chipotle Pepper Sauce)
- 3/4 t orange zest
- 1/8 t ground ginger
- 1 1/2 t cornstarch
- 2 1/2 t water
Directions

In a small saucepan over medium heat, add jelly, orange juice, mustard, shallot, chipotle sauce, zest and ginger. Bring jelly mixture to a boil. In a small bowl, combine conrstarch and water; add to jelly mixture, stirring constantly, for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Serve warm.

Can be made ahead up to 2 days.
