Fresh Fruit with Grand Marnier Dip

Ingredients
- 3 egg yolks
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/4 c Grand Marnier
- 2 c heavy or whipping cream
- Fresh fruit
Directions

In a small saucepan combine the egg yolks, sugar, and salt. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar dissolves, 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in the Grand Marnier. Let cool.

Beat the cream until stiff peaks form. Fold the cream into the Grand Marnier mixture just until well combined. Cover and chill for 1 to 2 hours. Serve with assorted fresh fruit.

Can be placed in a bowl surrounded by bite-size fruit or used as a topping for individual bowls of cut up fruit.
