Peppers in Sauce

Ingredients

  • Peppers
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic
  • Tomatoes
  • Salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Broil the peppers

  2. Place in a brown paper bake and shake

  3. Remove the skins and seeds

  4. In a small pan, add olive oil, peppers, a can of tomatoes, salt pepper and garlic

  5. Boil for about 30 minutes

  6. Dissolve 1 tablespoon flour inwater and add to the pot.

  7. Boil for an additional 10 minute.

  8. Serve hot or cold
