- Peppers
- Olive oil
- Garlic
- Tomatoes
- Salt and pepper
Directions

Broil the peppers

Place in a brown paper bake and shake

Remove the skins and seeds

In a small pan, add olive oil, peppers, a can of tomatoes, salt pepper and garlic

Boil for about 30 minutes

Dissolve 1 tablespoon flour inwater and add to the pot.

Boil for an additional 10 minute.

Serve hot or cold
