Spiced Chinese fish

Ingredients
- 800g White fish fillets
- 1/2 tsp Chinese five spice
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 cup dry white breadcrumbs (4 slices bread)
- 1-2 eggs, beaten
- oil to fry
- 2 tomatoes
- 4 spring onions
- Soy sauce
Directions

Mix spice into flour.

Dip fish pieces in flour, then into egg, then coat in breadcrumbs.

Fry fish until golden, keep warm in a dish.

In a clean pan, fry chopped spring onion and diced tomatoes together for a couple of minutes. Add about tablespoon of soy sauce.

Poor sauce over fish.
