Potato Cassarole

Cook time: 25 minutes
Serves 8 people

Ingredients

  • 2lbs link sausage
  • 1 can corn,
  • 1 can green beans,
  • 2 cups instant potatoes,
  • 1 cup water,
  • 1 cup sour cream,
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • salt / pepper to taste
  • Charcoal Briquettes

Directions

  1. 10 briquettes on bottom of Dutch oven

  2. 16 briquettes on lid of Dutch oven

  3. Slice and “brown” sausage,

  4. Add corn and green beans (don’t drain) and water.

  5. Heat to simmer. stir in potatoes, sour cream and cheese.

  6. Bake for 10-15 min. add salt and pepper to taste.
