Marinade for chicken

Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 pounds of filleted meat of your choice
  • Juice of 2 oranges, about 1/2 cup
  • Juice of 2 limes, about 1/4 cup
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 6 crushed garlic cloves or 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder, preferably California (less spice but all the flavor) optional
  • Freezer bag, gallon size

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients, except chicken to a bowl and mix.

  2. At this point disperse your chicken accordingly into freezer bags.

  3. Add marinade to chicken, massage marinade into meat, and freeze.

  4. Thaw overnight in refrigerator and cook on your stove top or grill until cooked.
