Pecan Crusted Tilapia

Ingredients

  • 2 6-8 oz. tilapia fillets
  • 1-2 T. olive oil
  • 1-2 tsp. Penzey's Mural of Flovor
  • 2 T. brown sugar
  • 2-4 T. crushed pecans (depending on hot nutty you like it)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees, pat dry and place on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Mural of Flavor. Bake 5 minutes. Sprinkle with brown sugar and pecans; bake another 5-10 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fish fillets. Serve with rice or pasta and fresh vegetables.
