Chicken pot pie

Cook time: 45 minutes
Serves 8 people

Ingredients

  • 1 rotisserie chicken
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 pkg. mixed vegies
  • 2 packets chicken gravy
  • 2 croissant roll pkgs.

Directions

  1. Peel potatoes and par boil til almost tender. Mix gravy. Add deboned chicken with mixed vegies and cubed potatoes to casserole dish. Cover with gravy. Place unrolled croisants on mixture and bake for 45 min on 350 or until crust is golden brown.
