Ingredients
- 1 Onion Chopped
- 1 Green Pepper Seeded and Chopped
- 1 tsp Chilli powder
Directions

• Brown onion and pepper in oil

• Add mustard seeds and stir for 1 minute

• Add chilli powder, cumin, cocoa, cinnamon, tomatoes (break up with spoon) and liquid, beans and liquid, water and tomato paste

• Reduce heat and simmer rapidly for 40 minutes
