Ingredients
- First make your crust.
- Crust
- 2 c Almond Meal
- 1/4 c Agave
- 3 Medjool Dates
- Filling
- 2/3rd’s can (about 1 cup) Pumpkin Puree
- 1/4 c Nut Milk
- 1/3 c brown sugar
- 1 Tsp Cinnamon
- 1 Tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice Blend (I used TJ’s)
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract

Combine all ingredients & Blend

Scoop filling into pie crust and place in fridge or freezer to set up. You’re done!
