Cranberry Chutney-Brie Appetizers

A stunning appetizer for two pairs creamy Brie cheese and tangy cranberries over a just baked biscuit

Ingredients
- 2 Pillsbury Grands Frozen Flacky Layer Biscuits ( from 22.1-oz. bag)
- 2 oz. brie cheese, rind removed, cut into 1/4-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup cranberry chutney or whole cranberry sauce. You can also use mango or peach chutney
- 1 T. coarsley chopped glazed walnuts or plain watnuts
Directions

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Bake biscuits as directed on bag. With serrated knife, cut biscuits horizzonally in hlf; place cut sides up on baking sheet.

Arrange chees on biscuit halves; spoon chutney over cheese. Sprinkle with walnuts.

Bake 3-5 minutes longer or until cheese is softened and warm.
