Marinaded Feta

Ingredients

  • Marinade:
  • About 1 T. each of grsh herbs including, cilantro, mint, thyme, and oregano, finely chopped
  • 1 small red chilli, seeded and finely chopped
  • Juice and zest of 2 lemons
  • 6 T. olive oil
  • 2 T. light white wine vinegar
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 pound of Feta.

Directions

  1. Combine marinade and pour over feta. Refrigerate for a few hours.
