Ingredients
- Marinade:
- About 1 T. each of grsh herbs including, cilantro, mint, thyme, and oregano, finely chopped
- 1 small red chilli, seeded and finely chopped
- Juice and zest of 2 lemons
- 6 T. olive oil
- 2 T. light white wine vinegar
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 pound of Feta.

Combine marinade and pour over feta. Refrigerate for a few hours.
