- 1 cup chickpeas, cooked and mashed
- 1/2 carrot, grated
- 1/2 onion, minced
- 2 Tbsp vegan mayonnaise
- 2 tsp mustard
- 2 tsp relish
- 1/2 lemon, juice
- salt
- pepper
