Country Potato Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 (1 lb) package frozen hash browns
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 4 tablespoons margarine, melted
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded (I prefer sharp)
  • 6 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
  • 1 (2 7/8 ounce) can French-fried onions

Directions

  1. Spread hash browns evenly over the bottom ov a greased 13×9 inch casserole dish.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the soup, sour cream, and margarine.

  3. Pour over the hashbrowns.

  4. Sprinkle cheese, bacon, and onions (in that order) evenly over the top.

  5. Bake in a 350° oven for 45 minutes.
