Ingredients
- 14 ounces firm tofu, drained
- 1 can (15 ounces) garbanzo beans (chick peas), drained and rinsed
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, or more to taste
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Directions

Blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth.

Serve at room temperature or slightly chilled. Serve with large crackers, toasted pita triangles or bagel crisps.

Variation: For a chunkier style hummus, smash all ingredients together with a potato masher instead of processing in a food processor or blender.
