Praline-Topped Brie

Serves 10 people

Ingredients

  • 1 13 oz round Brie or Camembert cheese
  • 1/2 c orange marmelade
  • 2 T packed brown sugar
  • 1/3 c coarsely chopped pecans, toasted
  • Apple slices and/or baguette-style French bread slices, toasted

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Place cheese in a shallow ovenproof serving dish or pie plate, In a small bowl stir together orange marmelade and brown sugar. Spread on top of cheese. Sprinkle with pecans.

  2. Bake about 15 minutes or until cheese is slightly softened and top is bubbly. Serve with apple and baguette and/or slices.
