Ingredients
- * 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- * 1 fl oz fresh lemon juice
- * 1 tsp lemon zest
- * 9 oz snow peas
- * 2 TB soy sauce
- * 2 TB SUGAR
Directions

1. In small bowl, stir together all ingredients except snow peas.

2. In medium saucepan, steam snow peas for 2 minutes or until tender-crisp. Drain well.

3. Transfer to rimmed plate or shallow dish. Pour sauce evenly over snow peas. Do not stir.
