Ingredients
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbs. goat cheese log
- 2 tbs. sun dried tomato halves packed in oil
- Dried basil or italian seasoning
- 1 Lemon
- 1/2c. Half n half
- 1/2c. Chicken broth
- Salt and Pepper
Directions

Season chicken breasts with dried basil or italian seasoning and salt. Place in glass dish and bake for about 20 minutes on 375*.

Top chicken breasts with goat cheese and sun-dried tomatoes and place back into oven for 5-10 min or until cheese is melted and chicken is cooked through.

Bring half-n-half and chicken broth to a boil in a small saucepan, whisking constantly.

Remove from heat and add pepper, lemon juice and zest to taste.

Serve chicken over couscous topped with lemon sauce.
