Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c all-purpose flour
- 1/2 c ww pastry flour
- 1/2 t salt
- 1 T sugar
- 12 T cold butter cut into small pieces
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 t vinegar
- 5-6 T ice water
Directions

Mix fours, salt and sugar.

Cut butter in by hand.

Mix egg yolk, vinegar with 1/4 c ice water.

Add the last one or two T of water if needed.

Wrap in plastic and refrigerate for 30 min.

Can be frozen for up to a month.
