Ingredients
- 8 T butter at room temp
- 1/3 c sugar
- 1/4 t salt
- 3 eggs at room temp
- 1/2 t vanilla extract
- grated zest of one orange
- 1 c all-purpose flour
Directions

Butter a 9 inch round tart pan.

Beat butter, sugar and salt with mixer.

Add eggs one at a time.

Add flavoring then flour, mixing just to combine.

Scape batter into tart pant.

Push the edges up the sides to make a rough rim.

If batter is extremely soft, refrigerate for 10 min, then finish sides.
