Ingredients
- 2 lbs lean ground beef
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
- 8 buns, split
- 8 lettuce leaves
- 2 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced
Directions

Heat gas or charcoal grill.

In a big bowl, mix ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, onion powder, and pepper until well blended.

Shape mixture into 8 patties, about 3/4-inch thick.

Place patties on prepared grill; cover grill, cook over medium heat 13-15 minutes, turning once, until meat thermometer inserted in the center of patties reads 160°.

Layer buns with lettuce, tomato slices, and burger patties.

If desired, serve with ketchup, mustard, pickles, and onions.
