Ingredients

• scouring pad
• natural dish soap
• vegetable oil

Directions

1. scour and clean with dish soap

2. rinse and dry

3. coat with veggie oil

4. allow pan to preheat with oven

5. bake in oven at 300 for 30 min

6. DO NOT CLEAN CURED PAN W/SOAP!

7. To clean:

8. scour gently with water and dry

9. don’t soak in water
