Pancakes

also called Crepes

Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 30 minutes
Serves 2 people
Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 300 ml milk
Directions

Sift dry ingredients

Make hollow in flour

Break egg into hollow
-
Mix egg and flour adding milk as you go

Beat mixture
-
Refrigerate 1 hour

Heat crepe pans on stove top until hot

Pour some mixture into pan while swirling to spread it over base
-
When liquid dries through – turn crepe and cook other side

Put saucer upside-down onto serving plate
-
Turn out onto plate and keep warm in oven
