Pancakes

also called Crepes

Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 30 minutes
Serves 2 people

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 300 ml milk

Directions

  1. Sift dry ingredients

  2. Make hollow in flour

  3. Break egg into hollow

  4. Mix egg and flour adding milk as you go

  5. Beat mixture

  6. Refrigerate 1 hour

  7. Heat crepe pans on stove top until hot

  8. Pour some mixture into pan while swirling to spread it over base

  9. When liquid dries through – turn crepe and cook other side

  10. Put saucer upside-down onto serving plate

  11. Turn out onto plate and keep warm in oven
