Ingredients

• 1 cup water
• 1 teaspoon coffee
• 1 teaspoon sugar

Directions

1. Bring water and sugar to a rolling boil

2. Remove pot and stir in coffee

3. Return to fire.

4. It will boil immediately

5. Return to fire 2 more times

6. Skim off foam into each cup then pour in coffee
