Ingredients
- 16 ounces pear halves
- 3 ounces lime Jello
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Two 3 ounce cream cheese, softened
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions

Drain pears. Reserve 3/4 cups of the syrup

Dice pears and set aside

Dissolve Jello and salt in water.

Add syrup and lemon juice

Pour 1/4 cups into 8 × 4 loaf pan.

Chill and set about 1 hour.

Add gelatin mixture to cream cheese and beat until smooth.

Add cinnamon and pears

Spoon into pan and chill about 4 hours
