Ingredients
- 1 tsp monsoon balti
- 1 tsp punjabi garum masala
- 2 tsp coriander powder
- 2 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp tumeric
- 5-6 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 medium onions, chopped finely
- 2-1/4 inch pieces ginger, chopped
- 8 chicken thighs, cut into cubes
- 1 can whole tomatoes - 28 oz, no salt
- 1 can chicken broth
- sugar to taste
- salt to taste
Directions

Saute garlic and ginger and onion.

Add spices and saute.

Add chicken and cook.

Add broth.

Add tomatoes, crush up.

Add salt and sugar to taste

Serve with basmati rice, cooked in broth and a cucumber raita and naan bread.
