Ingredients
- Italian sausage out of casing
- Roasted red pepper x 2
- 1 bunch spinach
- 4 cloves garlic
- fresh parsley
- fresh basil
- olive oil
- 1 can chicken stock
- 1 can white kidney beans
- parmeson on top
Directions

Roast peppers – on burner or broil, place in baggie and peel off skin.

Cook sausage.

Mix all ingredients together and cook except for parmeson.

Add parmesan at end.

Serve over rigatoni pasta.
