Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 cups water
- 2 teaspoons gelatin, dissolved in water
- 3/4 up lemon juice
- grated lemon peel
- a pinch of salt
Directions

Dissolve gelatin in 2 teaspoons cold water for 5 minutes

Boil water and sugar for 5 minutes

Add gelatin and stir

Pour in lemon

Remove from heat and add the rest of the ingredients

Cool
-
Place in a Tupperware in freezer

Scoop into glasses and serve

You can substitute any kind of fruit for the lemon juice, but add 1 tablespoon lemon juice if using other fruit
