Jello Holiday Cranberry Mold

Ingredients

  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 8 ounce cranberry Jello
  • 1 1/2 cups cold ginger ale
  • 2 cups green or red grapes, halved
  • 11 ounce canned mandarin orange segments

Directions

  1. Stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl for 2 minutes or until completely dissolved.

  2. Stir in cold ginger ale

  3. Refrigerate for about 1 1/2 hours or until thickened

  4. Stir in fruit

  5. Spoon into 5 cup mold

  6. Refrigerate for 4 hours or until firm

  7. Unmold onto serving plate
