Hershy’s Festive Fudge

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 packages chocolate chips
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • dash salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup chopped nuts

Directions

  1. Line square pan with waxed paper

  2. Place chocolate chips, milk and salt in medium microwave-safe bowl.

  3. Microwave on high for 1 minute, stir and microwave 15 seconds at a time, stirring after each heating.

  4. Stir in vanilla and nuts.

  5. Spread in prepared pan

  6. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.

  7. Turn onto cutting board, peel off paper and cut into squares

  8. Store covered in refrigerator

  9. Makes about 2 pounds
