Chocolate Peanut Sweeties

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup softened butter
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 5 dozen mini pretzel twists
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Directions

  1. In mixing bowl, beat the peanut butter and butter until smooth.

  2. Beat in the sugar and shape into 1" balls.

  3. Press one on each pretzel and place on waxed paper lined baking sheets.

  4. Refrigerate about 1 hour

  5. Melt chips and oil

  6. Dip the candies into the chocolate.

  7. Return to the baking sheet, pretzel side down

  8. Refrigerate 30 minutes.

  9. Makes 5 dozen
