Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 pound powdered sugar, sifted
- 1/4 cup crushed pineapple, lightly drained
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons coarsely grated orange peel
- 3/4 cup flaked coconut
Directions

Beat butter until soft and gradually beat in sugar, pineapple and sour cream, alternating until frosting is fluffy and smooth

Blend in vanilla, salt, orange peel and coconut

Stack layers of the cake and frost with frosting

Decorate the top with shredded orange peel
