Ingredients
- 15 ounce pie crust
- 2 eggs
- 16 ounce solid pack pumpkin
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 12 ounce evaporated milk, undilited
Directions

Prepare crust according to directions and place in 9" pie plate
- Preheat oven to 425

Beat eggs lightly in a large bowl and stir in remaining ingredients in the order given

Pour into pie crust and bake for 40-50 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean

Cool on wire rack
