Ingredients
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 pound pork, sliced
- 1 large spoonful flour
- 3-4 cloves of garlic
- 1 Greek coffee cup white wine vinegar (double for more sauce)
- 1 Greek coffee cup white wine (double for more sauce)
- 2 beef boullion cubes
- Parsley, salt and pepper
Directions

Melt butter and brown pork slices on both sides

Remove meat and add flour to pot and stir.

Add garlic and when creamy, add wine and vinegar.

Heat through and return pork to the pan with parsley, salt pepper and about 1 1/2 cups water. Add more water for more sauce

Simmer for about an hour.
