Ingredients

• 1 box Zwieback
• 1 stick melted butter
• 3 1/2 packages cream cheese, softened
• 5 eggs
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
• 1 pint sour cream
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• Fruit topping (optional)

Directions

1. eheat oven to 300. Make crust and press into 9 × 13 pan.

2. Make filling. add eggs, 1 egg at a time, beating just until combined.

3. Pour over crust

4. Bake for 35 minutes or until center is set

5. Make topping and return to oven for 5 minutes

6. Cool and refrigerate

7. Serve chilled with fruit topping, if desired
