Ingredients
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 cup fine nuts, finely chopped
- 2 cups crushed pineapple, drained slightly
Directions

Line a loaf pan with foil, leaving overhang

Set aside 2 tablespoons of graham cracker crumbs

Combine butter, sugar and gradually beat in eggs one at a time and beat well for 8-10 minutes

Add vanilla

Stir in pineapple and nuts

To assemble, press half of the crumbs into the pan and add half the mixture, spreading evenly

Repeat layers until all the crumbs are used

Sprinkle reserved crumbs over the top

Chill overnight

Garnish with whipped cream and cherries

Slice to serve
