Deluxe Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients
- 3 1/2 c elbow macaroni
- 3 c small curd cottage cheese
- 1 1/2 c sour cream
- 2 slightly beaten eggs
- 1 t salt
- dash pepper
- 2 c cheddar cheese, shredded
- paprika (to taste)
Directions

Cook macaroni, drain.

Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, egg, salt and pepper.

Add cheese, mix well.

Stir in cooked macaroni. Turn into a greased 9 × 13 inch pan.

Sprinkle with paprika.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
