Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons pan drippings
• 2 tablespoons flour or corn starch
• 1 cup stock
• salt and pepper

Directions

1. Heat drippings from turkey pan.

2. Blend in flour

3. Cook until smooth and bubbly

4. Remove from heat and stir in liquid

5. Boil and stir for one minute
