Ingredients
- 1 package cranberries
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cups dry red wine
- water
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- 6 ounces lemon Jello
- 1 1/2 cups diced celery
- 3/4 cup chopped walnuts
Directions

In 3 quart saucepan, combine cranberries, sugar, wine and 1/2 cup water

Sprinkle on unflavored gelatin.

Over medium heat, heat to boiling, stirring constantly

Stir in Jello and remove from heat

Stir in 1 cup cold water

Refrigerate until mixture mounds slightly when dropped from spoon (about 2 hours)

Gently fold in celery and walnuts

Pour into an 8 cup mold, cover and let set about 3 1/2 hours.
