Ingredients
- 2 onions, chopped
- 4 cups celery, chopped
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 3 carrots
- butter
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 teaspoons sage
- pepper to taste
- dash of sugar
- 2 bags croutons
- 2 cubes chicken bouillion to make 3 cups liquid
Directions

Saute onions, celery, carrots and green pepper in butter

Add sage, pepper and a dash of sugar

Add in 2 bags of croutons and saute

Pour in 3 cups of chicken broth and stir.

Add beaten eggs.

Cover for 5 minutes and let stand

Cover and place in casserole.

Bake in a 325 degree oven for 30 minutes, uncover and bake for 15 minutes more

While baking, baste with turkey juices
