Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups of butter plus 2 Tbsp
- 12 ounces of bittersweet chocolate (12 cubes, 2 packages)
- 6 eggs
- 1 3/4 cups superfine (fine ok) sugar
- 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups of flour plus 2 Tbsp
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions

Preheat oven to 350; 325 if using a glass pan

Melt butter and dark chocolate together in large heavy based pan over low heat

In a bowl beat the eggs together with vanilla and sugar

Allow chocolate mixture to cool a little, then fold in egg mixture, beat well

Fold in flour/salt

Stir in white and semi-sweet chips

Beat to combine then pour into greased pan (size approx 11 × 9 × 2″ deep).

Bake for 26 minutes approx

Done when top dries to a slightly paler brown speckle while middle remains dark, dense and gooey.
