Ingredients
- 1 pound small whole onions
- 1 package frozen artichokes
- 3 cups water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Juice of 2 lemons
- Pepper to taste
- 1 package frozen peas
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon dill
Directions

In saucepan, bring water to a boil with salt, juice of 1 lemon and pepper

Add onions and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes.

Add peas and cook for 10 minutes.

Add frozen artichokes and olive oil

Cook until peas are tender

Sprinkle with dill, more lemon and olive oil

Allow to cool in its own juices
