Roast Turkey

Ingredients

  • Turkey
  • Butter
  • Brandy
  • White wine
  • Lemon juice
  • Garlic
  • Salt and pepper
  • Carrots and celery sticks

Directions

  1. Wash the turkey outside and inside the cavities.

  2. Remove giblet bag

  3. Rub the skin with butter, garlic, salt, pepper, lemon juice, brand and wine.

  4. Place the turkey on a turkey rack in roasting pan. Place rack on top of carrots and celery.

  5. Seal the foil and bake at 400 20 minutes to the pound.

  6. For the last 1/2 hour, uncover and allow to brown
