Tarama

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces tarama
  • 1 cup bread crumbs, soaked in water and squeezed
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1/3 onion, finely chopped

Directions

  1. Chop onion in food processor

  2. Add tarama and pulse

  3. Alternate with lemon juice, bread and oil until the consistency is thick

  4. Chill and serve with crackers
