Ingredients
- 4 ounces tarama
- 1 cup bread crumbs, soaked in water and squeezed
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 1 cup oil
- 1/3 onion, finely chopped
Directions

Chop onion in food processor

Add tarama and pulse

Alternate with lemon juice, bread and oil until the consistency is thick

Chill and serve with crackers
