Ingredients

• Round steak, pounded thin
• onions
• green pepper
• celery
• carrots
• kitchen bouquet
• worcestershire sauce

Directions

1. Process the vegetables slightly

2. Lightly flower the steak.

3. Pour vegetables on top

4. Add a little kitchen bouquet and worcestershire sauce.

5. Add a little water to the pan and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven until meat is done.
