Tex-Mex Tarts

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup taco meat or chile
  • 1 package mini phyllo cups
  • 1/3 cup chunky salsa
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup guacamole
  • cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Spoon chile into shells and bake to heat through

  2. Top with the rest of the ingredients and serve
