Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 3 tablespoons corn starch mixed with 1/2 cup cold water
